Steel structure is non-combustible , but it will lose strenghth within 20 minutes in a fire condition. LG can be promoted the fire resistance of steel structures up to 3 hours.

¢ò . Application
First clean away the dust, grease and other contaminants on the substrate before application and apply anti-rust paint.
The mixing ratio of water: KT interfacial agent: LG coating should be (120~140):2:100 for first mixing. For the sequent mixing, the ratio of water: KT interfacial age:LG should be (120~140):2:100. Add some Kt interfacial agent to the water and stir thoroughly , then add LG. Use immediately within 30 minutes after mixing.
It should be applied by spray for 5 mm for first application. It can be applied by spray or butsh for the sequent application for 8~10mm dft until achieve required thickness. Allow 24 hours drying between application. It can provide up to 3 hours fire resistance depending on the dry film thickness(dft):

Finishing: The coating layer is particle-like if it is applied by spray. If smoothness is required, it should be done at the last coat. The coating can be coated on decorative paint if required.
¢ó . Storage and transportation
It is available in 50kg barided sacks. It should be stored in a dry area for half year. Avoid rainfall when stored and transported.
